What the weeks cover
Cats are usually pregnant for about 61 to 72 days, with 65 days as a common average.
Weeks 1 to 2 cover fertilisation and implantation, before any visible signs.
Weeks 3 to 6 are organ development, when a vet can usually confirm the pregnancy.
